Return & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure that every product from Dhyani Technologies meets the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.

🔹 Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for defective products. The product must be returned in good physical condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. -
🔹 Replacement Policy:
The same product will be exchanged once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed defective. Replacement is subject to availability. -
🔹 Reporting Time:
Any defect or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement. -
🔹 Courier Charges:
Courier charges for returning the product and sending the replacement will be borne by the buyer. -
🔹 Non-Defective Returns:
Products found in working condition after inspection will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
Note: Please ensure proper packaging when returning the product to prevent any transit damage. Returns that are damaged, used, or incomplete will not be accepted.
